These are not things you have to accept, and they are not too small to bring up. Tell us what's going on and we'll show you the options to address it. Backed by a full clinical team.
Most women wait years to mention this. You don't have to wait.
They assume it's a normal part of having children or getting older, or they were told as much. It's common, but common isn't the same as something you have to live with, and there are real treatments for it that don't involve surgery or medication.

Pick what sounds like you and see the treatment for it. Many patients benefit from both.

Stress incontinence comes from a pelvic floor that can’t contract quickly enough. Emsella rebuilds that.
See how it works →They address different halves of the same problem, which is why we often recommend them together.

You sit on a chair, fully clothed, while focused electromagnetic energy contracts the entire pelvic floor, about eleven thousand contractions per session, at an intensity you cannot generate voluntarily. Clinical studies show 95% of patients report a better quality of life and three in four reduce or stop using pads.

Radiofrequency delivered internally to restore the vaginal tissue itself, improving hydration, elasticity, and comfort. Where Emsella strengthens the muscle underneath, Emfemme treats the tissue, which is why dryness and painful sex respond to it when muscle work alone doesn’t.
Childbirth, menopause, and time all weaken the pelvic floor. The problem isn't that the muscle is gone. It's that it no longer contracts strongly enough to do its job, and most women can't isolate it well enough to fix that voluntarily.
Emsella uses focused electromagnetic energy to contract the entire pelvic floor for you. One session delivers roughly eleven thousand contractions, a number nobody reaches on their own, at an intensity nobody can generate voluntarily.
You stay fully clothed. You sit. That's the treatment.
Manufacturer clinical studies. Individual results vary.
“I can now do jumping jacks without leaking!”
Want to go further? Many patients pair treatment with perimenopause and menopause care. For men, see Men's Health.
Not for Emsella. You stay in your own clothes and sit on the chair. Emfemme 360 is an internal treatment, so it’s done the way a routine gynecological exam would be, with the same privacy.
Neither is painful. Emsella feels like strong tingling and the muscles contracting underneath you. Emfemme feels like internal warmth. Most patients describe it as comfortable, and no numbing is needed.
Many Emsella patients notice something after two or three sessions. With Emfemme, some improvement often shows up after the first visit, with the full result about four weeks after your last.
Often, yes, and it’s one of the most common reasons women come to us. Therapy depends on isolating and engaging the right muscle on your own. The chair does that for you, at an intensity you can’t reach voluntarily.
Not necessarily. If your main issue is leaking, Emsella alone often handles it. If it’s dryness or discomfort, Emfemme is the better fit. Plenty of patients have both concerns and we treat both, and we’ll tell you which one to start with.
Emsella holds for a long stretch with a maintenance session once or twice a year. Emfemme is typically maintained annually. Both are far more durable than home exercises, which fade within weeks of stopping.
Usually, yes, once you’re fully healed. We review your surgical history at your consultation. Timing matters, and there are situations where we’d wait or recommend something else first.
Emsella isn’t used over metal or electronic implants in the pelvic area, such as some hip replacements or implanted stimulators. Pelvic mesh and other surgical history need a conversation before we proceed. Bring your surgical records to your consultation and we’ll tell you whether you’re a candidate.
Yes. Emsella is also used for men, including bladder leakage after prostate surgery. We’ll talk through whether it fits at your consultation.
We’re a cash-based practice, so treatments aren’t billed through insurance. Pricing depends on the treatment and number of sessions, and is covered at your complimentary consultation. HSA or FSA funds and payment plans are available.
Bring it to a consultation. We'll talk through what you're experiencing, what's likely driving it, and which treatment makes sense to start with.
